Genn Kendrick is a Tokyo- and London-based film director, filmmaker, and artist.
He is currently pursuing an MA in Filmmaking at the London Film School.
Before moving into filmmaking, he worked in account management at a major advertising agency in Tokyo,while developing a multidisciplinary creative practice that bridges visual art and moving images.His work focuses on themes of urban identity and the intersection between Asian and Western perspectives.
His debut short film Lost in Blue (2025) was selected for inclusion in the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Market Catalogue, and is now moving toward international festival circulation.
He also contributed as a lyricist, rapper, and co-producer to the film’s original soundtrack,reflecting his multi-medium approach to storytelling.
In the field of art, he made his solo exhibition debut in Shibuya, Tokyo in 2024.He continued in 2025 with another solo exhibition in Nakameguro,presenting a series of works combining painting, photography, and text.

ゲン・ケンドリックは、東京とロンドンを拠点に活動する
映画監督／映像作家／アーティスト。
現在は London Film School（Filmmaking MA） 在籍。
東京では広告代理店にて営業を担当し、その傍らアート制作と映像制作を横断する形で創作活動を続けている。都市性、アイデンティティ、アジア的視点と西洋的視点の交差を主要テーマとする。
2025年に完成した初監督短編映画 『Lost in Blue』 はClermont-Ferrand Short Film Marketカタログに登録され、国際映画祭への展開を進めている。同作のサウンドトラックでは 作詞・ラップ・プロデュースにも携わり、音楽表現を含む多面的な制作スタイルを特徴とする。
アート分野では、2024年に東京・渋谷で個展デビュー。2025年には中目黒で個展を開催し、絵画・写真・テキストを組み合わせたミックスメディア表現を中心に発表を続けている。
